The CaféX Live Assist SDK gives a way to a robotized talk endpoint (a bot) to heighten a discussion to such an extent that the guest can associate with a (human) specialist in CaféX Live Assist.
The SDK is intended to be utilized server-side in a .Net domain.
Once a bot has verified that it needs to put the guest in contact with a specialist, the SDK is utilized and a call made to ask for a visit. Ensuing task includes surveying the SDK for information identifying with the discussion. From that point the bot acts as a hand-off between the guest and the operator.
