Get Live Assist Bot Source Project SDK for .NET/C#
The CaféX Live Assist SDK gives a way to a robotized talk endpoint (a bot) to heighten a discussion to such an extent that the guest can associate with a (human) specialist in CaféX Live Assist.
The SDK is intended to be utilized server-side in a .Net domain.
Once a bot has verified that it needs to put the guest in contact with a specialist, the SDK is utilized and a call made to ask for a visit.
